Building Fertility-Inclusive Workplaces

01

Grounded in real research. Not opinion. Not guesswork. Every session is built on academic research and real workplace experience. So you can be confident it actually works.

02

Most organisations don't know where to start. We give managers the tools, language and frameworks to navigate these conversations with clarity and care. Peace of mind for them. And for you.

03

A genuine culture of support. The kind that retains your best people, builds trust and makes your organisation somewhere women actually want to stay.

What we do

Imagine a workplace where managers know exactly how to show up for women going through fertility treatment, menstrual health issues or menopause. Where difficult conversations happen with confidence, care and accountability. Where the right support is just part of how things work.

That's what we help you build.

From knowing what to say (and what not to say), to navigating time off, confidentiality and emotional support, we give your people the tools to handle these moments with clarity and confidence. Hassle free for HR. Transformative for the women in your organisation.

Better retention. Stronger trust. A workforce that knows it's genuinely supported.

About the Founder

Caroline Biddle is an award-winning doctoral researcher at Manchester Metropolitan University's Business School. Her research explores women's health in the workplace.

Having undergone fertility treatment while working, Caroline experienced firsthand what it means to feel unsupported in the workplace. That experience led her to found Working Through Fertility. She is also co-founder of One Full Round, a nationwide campaign calling for fertility treatment policies in every school.

Caroline presents and moderates panels at academic and industry conferences. She is a member of the Society of Medicine's Women's Health at Work group and part of the Infertility and Work Research Network at the University of Sheffield.
